James comes to us with 22 years wealth of knowledge and experience from the cruise and yacht industries. He began his career on cruise liners working the front desk operations. As time went on, James went up through the ranks to Hotel Manager where he finessed his management skills. This prepared James to continue working for the same line, setting up five cruise ships and prepared them to go into operations.
James began his yachting career in 2001 at Purser level, on board some of the largest yachts in the industry, where he gained a great understanding and appreciation for yachting. Before joining Triple S Consultancy, James worked as the Operation Director for a yacht technical company while at the same time he held the very busy role of Fleet Personnel Manager for a well known yacht management company.
