Theresa brings 18 years of experience working in both commercial and private markets. Positions include accounting and administrative services, concierge, travel and event management, as well as development of database systems.

She began her career in the hospitality industry 18 years ago gaining experience in all areas of service, both front and back of house. Theresa started her career at sea 10 years ago working for P&O in a hospitality capacity.

From ships, Theresa soon entered the world of yachting where her career took a change in direction. For 4 years she worked as a deckhand on yachts ranging from 65m to 130m.

While working aboard one of the largest mega-yachts in the industry; she was given the opportunity to add another string to her bow by managing and developing the onboard planned maintenance and purchasing system.  

From here, Theresa joined a new yacht as purser, showing her flair and passion once again for the hospitality industry.

Theresa’s experience has allowed her to understand the bigger picture in yachting, recognizing the importance for all departments onboard to appreciate each other’s role equally, in order for a strong operation, thus ensuring guest satisfaction.
