Together with his professional qualifications in training, coaching, marketing and butling; Rob brings a service focused skill base. With experience in hotel, resort, catering, private service and super yacht industries, Rob provides valuable service insight.
Ton has managed hotels, worked for the Dutch Royal Family and owned his own restaurant. His goal is to educate the younger generation on the finer points of service that he has learned through the years.

Andrew has been involved in bar shows in Amsterdam, Paris, London, New Orleans, Barcelona, Zurich and Berlin. He has been awarded first place in The Netherlands on five occasions and has achieved second place in an international final.
