The Excellence in Service method to wine training is a no-nonsense, common sense approach to wine, focusing on the practical application of wine fundamentals. The Oenology (Wine Training) sessions are delivered in a relaxed, informative manner and are formulated to maximize the learning retention.

Key points will be reiterated continually throughout the program regarding wine tasting, wine making and concept of terroir. An introduction to white & red grape varietals are taught and all wine regions explored. Proper wine service, wine storage & wine list maintenance is also learnt. In short, the content is designed to appeal to every level, from wine novice to enthusiast.
