Certification

There are 4 modules, based on 5-day training, which will prepare the students for the current needs of the high-end hospitality industry. When a module is successfully completed, a certificate will be granted. 

The EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE passport is issued upon completion of the first module. After completing all 4 modules successfully, the board will evaluate the candidate and award them with a full membership to The Guild of Professional English Butlers.

This certificate will be valued by the industry and represents the quality of service that you have been trained to provide.

Participation in a training course does not guarantee the certificate or passport.
