• Wines of New Zealand
• Wines of America
• Wines of South America
• Wines of South Africa
• Wines of Greece

Day 5

• Sweet & Fortified Wines 
• Wines of Portugal
• Review
• Theory & Practical Exams
• Certification (after successfully completing all 5 days)
