Triple S acts as your representative during acceptance of the yacht  or home and ensure all interior punch-list items are resolved to your satisfaction. Meticulous attention to detail is taken, with regards to quality of finish, functionality and aesthetics and  sea worthiness.

We ensure that all appropriate documentation for the future care and maintenance of the interior is in order and prepare preliminary interior budgets if desired.  This includes a full photographic record of the yacht or residence interior and all household items. Working with your crew and staff, we make certain the residence or yacht is fully provisioned, operational and ready for your arrival. Our Concierge staff is also available to coordinate and manage your relocation details as desired.
