Delivery and Location Support



Triple S will act as the clients representative during acceptance and delivery of the home. We, along with the clients design team, will ensure all interior punch-list items are resolved to the clients satisfaction. Meticulous attention to detail is taken, paying particular attention to quality of finish, systems commissioning, functionality and aesthetics. 


We will ensure that all appropriate documentation for the future care and maintenance of the interior is in order and prepare preliminary interior budgets if desired. This includes a full photographic record of the residence interior and all household items. Working with the clients staff, we will make certain the residence is fully provisioned, operational and ready for your arrival. Our Concierge staff is also available to coordinate and manage your relocation details as desired.


We are here for the clients and their staff, throughout the warranty period and can help log, monitor and resolve, any interior warranty issues.
