renovation of an existing property, Triple S Consultancy can assign a dedicated manager to the project to ensure a stable operation is in place the moment the keys are turned over to the client. Our managers work closely with your estate staff, Owner’s Liaison, and design team, monitoring the transition from drawing
board to delivery from a service perspective.
Together with the client, their personal
assistant, or Estate Manager, the Triple S Interior Estate Manager will select the interior staff. Customized to your preferences, he or she will set the standards and implement the standard operating procedures for the following positions and their subordinates:
- Estate Manager
- Butler
- Executive Chef
- House Manager
- Head
