With 10 years service experience onboard cruise lines, airlines and private yachts, Madeleine is well versed in the art of hospitality. She brings a great understanding of the training requirements needed throughout the various industries. 

Madeleine was born in Sweden where she completed her Hotel & Restaurant Management degree of 3 years. Wanting to combine her passion for photography with travel, she jumped at the opportunity to work onboard a large cruise ship. This life took her around the world many times though after 3 years, she wanted to trade life at sea for a life in the air. Madeleine got her wings and found herself living and flying out of Bahrain GCC as a flight attendant. Missing life on the sea, she went back to Europe and worked on private yachts. 

Madeleine’s travel and work experiences have exposed her to the high service standards required within different hospitality sectors.  She is excited to be a part of the Triple S team, looks forward to meeting service minded professionals and playing a part in helping them develop their career.
