Anne Lyons has established herself in the design industry as a creative and disciplined thinker, with a reputation for delivering innovative, cost appropriate solutions to complex client needs. Throughout her career, she has exceeded the expectations of her clients by delivering environments that are equal parts high-performance and delight. She is highly respected for her creative and strategic leadership; her business sense, client commitment and collaborative style. 

Passionate in her belief that every project can, and should aspire to be more than on-time and on-budget, Anne founded ALine in 2009, as a consultancy dedicated to providing strategic project development and integrative project planning to private clients. Her approach provides a foundation for meeting and exceeding the standard metrics of success, and a springboard for ensuring projects don’t just hit the mark, they transform it. 

Equally effective working one-on-one, or leading large, multi-disciplinary teams, Anne’s experience as both client and consultant has given her the skills necessary to navigate the challenges faced on both sides of the project table. 

Prior to founding ALine, Anne spent 9 years at Vulcan Inc., as the Owner’s Representative and Sr. Project Manager responsible for the development, interior design, construction and maintenance, for an international portfolio of private estates, super yachts, and commercial assets. Before joining Vulcan, Anne was a Sr. Associate in the Seattle office of Kaplan McLaughlin Diaz Architects, where she was responsible for interior design and noted for her design leadership and skillful management of a broad range of client services. Previous to KMD, Anne worked at Ellerbe Becket, in their Washington, DC office, leading multiple interior design teams on a diverse array of project types.

Anne is LEED accredited and a professional member of the International Interior Design Association.
