Lesley graduated with an honours degree in Business Administration and brings a training background along with 20 years experience in the hospitality industry. 

She learnt early on about the importance of good service at the age of 16 when she was told in her first job that “it’s not what you say; its how you say it”.

Lesley worked in restaurants while completing her degree at the University of New Hampshire. After spending 2 years as a computer consultant, she joined the yachting industry. She has worked on yachts ranging in size from 52m up to 130m for the past 10 years. She began as a stewardess and progressed to Chief Stewardess and finally as Purser. She has assisted in new builds and refits, creating and implementing systems and procedures onboard.

Lesley has been fortunate to work for many fantastic owners and has learned from some of yachting’s best Captains, Crews and Management Companies. She brings this experience and skills combined with valuable knowledge to Triple S. "It’s not what we do; it’s why we do it". This belief is reflected in her passion for providing excellent service and is what keeps her motivated and challenged.
