At Triple S, our passion is to bring out the best in people and provide EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE. The very name EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE has become the foundation of the company and the name of Triple S’ keystone product, a program that focuses on high-end hospitality training for the yachting industry, cruise lines, private estates, hotels & resorts.


Triple S Training offers a variety of innovative programs for service industry professionals. Courses are designed to increase the performance level of participants, teaching vital skills to perform duties in a manner consistent with the highest levels of luxury service.


The EXCELLENCE IN SERVICE hospitality training program consists of four five-day modules: 

  • Butler Service I 
  • Butler Service II 
  • Bartending & Barista 
  • Wine Knowledge

Our training programs builds on existing knowledge, experience and skill-set to engage and inspire the service mindset within. Our training methods include coaching, presentations, discussions, theatre based role-plays with constructive and direct feedback.
